Calories man ok didn't count it on the mass cycle, I was upper 280's maybe 290's at my heaviest, could do wide grip chins for reps with weight added. Could press the 150# DBs for 3 sets of 3 on a high incline bench.
The cut I dropped to 3000 calories a day and would run 6 miles in an hour, with sprints,, HIIT style several days a week, go to work then lift after work.
Equal amount of days was several hours a day doing MMA and conditioning. I was teaching a small class of MMA at a boxing gym. Great times really.
I did the cut to get an amateur MMA fight, cut way too hard relying on gear to keep my strength up and suffered a a serious neck injury during some lifts and really finished it the next day at BJJ practice. I had gotten down to 215, trying to make the light heavyweight at under 205#'s. This is when the injuries started catching up. Gear makes you feel invincible, until it can't anymore.
