I only count that when I'm leaning out. My workouts aren't for looks at all. But I eat really clean with really high protein, very low processed carbs. Meat, nuts and oatmeal. This I do for recovery which, right now I'm not having a problem with recovery, maybe because I don't push my second workout of the day typically. When I start leaning out I'll post macros.

Ty I have a lot to learn about all this side of it. I came off Deca and EQ about nine weeks prior to my bloodwork. Waiting on results now. I'll share when it comes in.
