Son came over and wanted to work out arms, so I did triceps with him after he did biceps..I did biceps yesterday so.
I did triceps dips for 5 sets(remember I'm 270#)
Then over head extensions increasing weight until I hit doubles. First set was 12 reps second was 6 third was a double.
Then I did 3 compound sets of overhead extensions and kickbacks.
Like chest my triceps are a
strong point so I don't push them too hard anymore.
