Triceps exercises on ME and DE days

Should I use different exercises and set/rep schemes for my tri exercise on ME and DE day? For example, should I do lower reps/heavier weight on something like JM press on DE day, after my dynamic bench work, and on ME day do more sets/more reps/less weight on something like elbows-out extensions(not a BIG-weight tri exercise)? Or does it matter?

Can you even understand what I'm asking? I may not be making myself clear.

That's what we do, but it's really enitrely up to you and your specific needs.

Here's what we do:

On DE days: We do high weight, lower volume stuff like 5 board band press and rack lockouts.

On ME days: We do lower weight, higher volume stuff, like JM presses (we still work up fairly heavy on thse, but not a 1rm - usually a 5rm.), or dumbell extensions/ tate presses.

However, lots of times if we need the extra lockout strength, we will hit the higer weight stuff on ME days occasionally too.

Basically the band lockouts and 5 board band presses will really push your lockout, and the dumbell extensions for higher volume will pack on the mass and help to rehab your elbows, triceps, etc.
