i tried a new tricep exercise on saturday that i got from the westside barbell video. it was a form of a tricep extension where u lay on your back and the extend from behind your head to above your chest. i dont know the exact name. i then followed that by tricep press downs. before both of those i did my normal speed bench. well its now my me day for bench by chose not to go becasue my tricep still hurts really bad. its not a soreness it is pain. i cant reach across my body or behind my head i also can not fully extend my arm or fully bennd my arm without pain. the pain is on the inner side near the shoulder joint of the tricep. is there a tendon there or something that i coulda have over stretched or something becasue this really sucks i ahve never been in so much pain from lifting. thanks for any advice. oh yeah and its in both arms.
