Tren... Is what my source says True or complete BS?.. Please advise.

Hello,

I'm new to this forum so please be gentle :-)

I am 30, have been training for 11yrs, weigh 120kg bodyfat approx 27% big strong but soft looking. I have many oral and injectable cycles under my belt but am about to start a (1st time ) 10 week Tren Test Win Cycle. My diet is good approx 3000 cals, 290g Protien, 190g Carbs, 70g Fat. I'm looking to harden up, get stronger and add some size if only a little.

I had it planned like this.

Weeks 1-10 Tren Enth 200/1ml Mon + Fri
Weeks 1-10 Test Enth 250/1ml Mon + Fri
Weeks 1-10 Hgc 250 iu's Mon + Fri
Weeks 1-4 + 9-12 Winnie Oral 50mg ED
Weeks 12-14 Clomid + Nolva PCT

But when I went to see my source who I concider to be very knowledgable he threw a spanner in the works and offered me Tren Enth @ 75/1ml at a very good price (and its definately Enth, NOT Ace)

Now he has explained something to me which I would like to get your opinions on.

He said this.

"Back in the day you didnt get high concentration gear it is only of late where you now get say 400/ml and all that such as super test etc. The reason for this was due to the fact that your body can only absorb so much of a certain compound. You may think that This Tren Enth @ 200 is 2.6 times stronger than this 75 but its not really the case as when you shoot the 200 it enters the body and the levels spike. The spike only lasts for an hour or two and then your body begins to absorb what its capable of which is about 68 or something like that. Anything over this is excreted in amino acids and wasted. Therefore the Tren Enth 75/1ml is just as good at doing the job as the 200. I would shoot 75 twice weekly and it will work well for you."

Ok so the plan would then look like this.

Weeks 1-10 Tren Enth 75/1ml Mon + Fri
Weeks 1-10 Test Enth 250/1ml Mon + Fri
Weeks 1-10 Hgc 250 iu's Mon + Fri
Weeks 1-6 Winnie Oral 50mg ED
Weeks 12-14 Clomid + Nolva PCT

Difference being quite a lot of Tren a week. 400 pw before but 150 pw now

Obviously I have searched and searched for info on this and I know the general feeling that 400 pw is nice and 600 better blah blah.. but can anyone shed any light onto whether this is true or complete BS and I should go pay the extra and swap it over to the higher concentrate. He sounded as if he knew what he was talking about but i dont know enough to say fact or fiction.

So basically if you can elaborate on what he has said and explain it further backing it up or can tell me or why its an invalid statement please type away. Please no Gueses just educated answers.

First, IMO you need to get that bodyfat down to around to less than 18% at most before the cycle. The lower the better.

And what your source said is mostly BS. But he was right about not needing 400 mg of tren on your first run with it to get good results. Also, its usually recommended to use tren ace your first time so you don't have to wait so long for it to clear if u have bad sides.
 
zwhit is right on the nail bro. You will see much better results if you hold off on your cycle till you are actually less then 16% bf. You should easily be able to drop the bf by diet and a little cardio if your inclined. Trne Ace is the way for you go to for the reason that zwhit explained.

The body fat was measured about 6 weeks ago via online calculator so prbably not takning into concideration muscle build. Even so I have been chipping away at it for this 6 weeks so am hoping will be lower than that now ... (looks it in the mirror but by how much I could not tell you - I will keep at it) I did see someones before and afters on this site which showed amazing results!!

The reason I'm going E instead of A is convenience. I have just decided I will have to put up with any sides i experience. if I experience. I've read if you can handle the similar sides of clen you could be ok and I don't have many sides other than water on anyother meds. Ran Test T3, Clen and T5 (ALT) without sides bothering me.

I will hold off and get that bf down some more like advised but do you think i should change the 75 for 200? Is 75 enough twice a week? Dont want to waste any potential gains losses by underdosing.
 
Just thought I'd post this..

Just found a couple of body fat calcs online that conciders muscle mass as opose to those ones for fatty women on a diet lol

Now I know there is acuracy issues with these but it came out at 17 on one of them and 20 on the other.... not as bad as I thought and thats an average across the two of 18.5% bit closer to the mark and clearly not so far to go.
 
150 is a little low. I would get the 200 mg/ml and shoot half ml twice a week. 200 mg a week should give good gains with minimal sides.
 
i think your source is talkin about ester weight
a 100mg dose of a longer ester like enanthate yields aprox 70mgs of the roid and 30mgs on enanthate
a 100g dose of a short ester(acetate, prop) yields aprox 85mgs

so 2 shots of 75 mgs will yield aprox the same amount as the 200mgs shot once a week
