Where's your protein at now bro? If your eating lean meat then it should be no problem. You could also mix your shakes with liquid egg whites instead of water or milk. Theres an instant 20-30g increase per shake. Little slimey but doesnt taste bad.
I eat 30 oz chicken daily in 4 meals(7oz, 7oz, 7oz, 9oz) , then 3 shakes. 1 breakfast with egg whites in it, 1 pre workout in water, 1 PWO in water, apx 440-450g protein. If that ain't enough protein.........![]()
Haha yeah. I need a food measure but all I know is the huge chicken breasts I get have 64g if protein per breast . But these other ones I've been buying are still a good size I just don't know how much there really is
