Where's your protein at now bro? If your eating lean meat then it should be no problem. You could also mix your shakes with liquid egg whites instead of water or milk. Theres an instant 20-30g increase per shake. Little slimey but doesnt taste bad.

I eat 30 oz chicken daily in 4 meals(7oz, 7oz, 7oz, 9oz) , then 3 shakes. 1 breakfast with egg whites in it, 1 pre workout in water, 1 PWO in water, apx 440-450g protein. If that ain't enough protein......... :)

Haha yeah. I need a food measure but all I know is the huge chicken breasts I get have 64g if protein per breast . But these other ones I've been buying are still a good size I just don't know how much there really is

Fitday.com bro. People have been telling me forever. I gave in Monday. It makes everything sooooo much easier. And yes....get a scale.
 
fitday is the shit , i used it for a long time and logged intake everyday ...and it wont take long before you can just fine tune the diet from memory.

Just to give you an idea of my carb intake on last cutter , 30g of oats in the morning was a portion.i had that with 2 scoops of whey and 3g of fish oil.

people run a mile from simple carbs during a cut but my next meal was 30g of OJ with 6 whole eggs ( just so i could chug the eggs )...yep WHOLE eggs,no egg white dork here ..lol j/k

apple preworkout...green veg in pwo meal and that was pretty much my carb intake for 8 weeks... leaned me out quick-style while i was runing tren/test.
and ill tell you straight up - for refeed + sanity ? ... pizza on fridays nights with all the good shit on it..down the hatch. BF still kept droppin .
