Training One body part a week

Mon - Chest/Tris
Tues - Back/Bi's
Wed - Shoulder/Traps/Abs
Thurs - Legs

I've found that doing bi's and tri's those days around 9 sets each, they really started to grow.
 
I always do it one body part once a week, but of course it depends on my periodization.

Monday: Legs - Hip dominant
Tues. Back / Bi's
Thurs.: Legs- Quad Dominant
Fri: Chest / shoulders/ tris
