Training Interruption...help!

Thanks for the advice, guys.

It went as well as these things can be expected to. Personal stuff aside, I did manage to not blow things too badly. The biggest problem I had was eating. I was hungry all the time, but there was really nothing that fit the kind of diet we eat. Luckily, I brought a ton of power-bar type bars. I kept one in my pocket all the time and kept sneaking out to nibble on them.

I did a lot of in room workout stuff (pushups, crunches, chair dips, etc) and actually got in a semi workout one night when I got trapped by a snowstorm on the way home and ended up staying in a motel which had a treadmill, a curl bar and a lap pool. And a ton of the crap TV exercise equipment too.

I tried some of that stuff out just for fun. That gazelle thing, some of those crunch machines...What crap! I was afraid the gazelle thing was going to fall apart while I was in it, and fling me through a window.

Anyhow, it was okay. I ended up loosing a pound or two, but I think it was fat, not the muscle I was afraid of.

Thanks,

Wyst
