wahh!:bawling: i remember peope saying in the past power = 1-4, size = 5-8 stamina/endurance/toning = 8-12 or more

while i dont always adhere to this (as i generally goes with what works for me and the equipment i got) i always thought this was true


if your going to failure does it matter all that much

i know its only the positive part of the lift that matters, but if that is 3 seconds will that still promote fast twitch muscle?

Danielson, it should still promote fast twitch since 3 seconds on the extention or up motion as I call it is not that long. It's probably only 1 to 1.5 seconds more than your average rep-ripper.
