SWEEEEEEET!!!!!!!

So there you have it Flubberboy, you got the same answer from old school and new school. You should be on your way to success, unless of course you talk to Havoc, you will have you all messed up.

Sorry Wodin about the old school thing but when you are as old as you (64) you are old school. I know you look like a 48 year old, but even 48 is up there.
You can fuck with me if you want, I'm sorry for calling out your true age, but remember that if you fuck with me, then you are fucking with a child, a child that will out run any old man.

Luv ya Wodin, you are soooooo coooooool!!!!!!!

64 years old???? wow. is he the oldest on this board?

No bro, he is not THAT old. I think he is in his early thirties, actually I'm not even sure, just someone I work with told me to hassle him about his age. He is one cool mofo.
And you are welcome for the info., now go try it out, and me what happens.

Yup! Although there are too many variables to answer this question on a per individual basis the general answer is: Time under tension = growth.

Later,

WODIN (or anone else that can answer): question- if you extend the time under each rep (3 sec up, 5 down) how do you maintain fast twitch muscles, or explosivness?

i know its only the positive part of the lift that matters, but if that is 3 seconds will that still promote fast twitch muscle?
