training advice!!

Training when on cycle

Im doing a sus cycle at the moment and would like to know the best way to train when on. Im currently training 4 times a week doing:

TUE shoulders/calves
WED thighs
FRI chest/biceps
SUN back/triceps

Im schead of overtrainnig but if you think I can grow more if I train often then I will consider doing it. What are your recommendations for a good traing routine when on??

When on you dont really have to worry to much about overtraining. If its size with an emphasise on strength then i would and i currently do:

Mon: chest, tri's, shoulders.
Tues: Back, bi's
Wed off
Thurs tris
Fri: legs

If its just a good pump with a empasise on size your routine will work fine. Because when you train for strength you need to give your pushin muscles rest on pullin day. And vice versa. You understand?
 
I've found that after a few years of working out. I get the best results when keeping my workout the same whether I'm on or off. I just can do alot heavier when I'm on. Your workout looks good bro, 2x a week is too much for me.
