I have done bis and tris on same day with great success ..only thing is pick one that u wanna work harder and do that one first or switch it up do a bi workout then a tri workout ..your arms get burnt quick

Good point. Bigger muscle groups don't burn but I get fatiuged by the end. For bis/tris I'll probably do one set of each and switch back and forth.
