too much protein?

If you eat high protein , just make sure you use digestive enzymes and eat fiber as wel. Fiber will make the protein go into the intestines in smaller portions , thus helping you assimilate it

I agree with what MM69 said , at a certain point, there is no benefit from eating more protein. But I'd go further in saying that there can be negative effects for doing so

dude you're gonna blow your kidney and have to go on

you can also add some fat to whey to make it a timed release kinda thing
I used to try that... then i'd get carried away (1 scoop...4 scoops) and fat calories are DENSE... so that's a bad idea for me, since i'm not keeping track too closely, lol

I can understand by adding more calories to the protein that this can cause you to have to do more work to digest it. This should making the food your eat be broken down slower. But the only way to get a time release protein is to swallow a time release protein...

If you have no issues eating peanuts , then this is a good choice. I will associate peanuts with other nuts even though I understand it is a legume...

Anyway any tree nut will work such as pecans , almonds and cashews
