I'd only do it if he/she has competed and is very knowledgeable about the "fitness" industry, ect.
Otherwise, you'll just be eating more fruits and veggies... The high protein is considered a "fad" by most and is fairly underground so to speak... the high protein intake (as far as all the meats, ect) that alot here follow is not mainstream and accepted.
And they all deny it as a good way of living, as they sit on their couch and eat T.V. dinners.
that nutritionist will most likely put you on the goverment's recommended diet just like they teach in school.. my girlfriend is going to college for nutrition and dietitics and I regularly have to de-brainwash her
