Too early to start gear?

Well on leg day he will do squats, leg presses, lunges, leg curls, machine calf raises, and seated calf raises. Abs is the bicycle crunch and the ball crunch mostly.

Upper body has more variety but is centered around some basic lifts. He does alternating bodyparts. He will do chest and back first alternating bodyparts after each exercise. Then he will do ONE exercise for delts(lateral raises - machine, dumbell, whichever) then he does triceps and biceps alternating as well.

He does about 3 exercises each for chest and back(well back gets 4 due to weighted hyperextensions being added) for 2-3 sets each and triceps and biceps get 1-2 exercises.

So far he has been gaining pretty well.
 
180 grams of protein and 2500 calories is not enoughto make you grow. especially if you have trouble gaining weight. try upping it to 300 g a day and lots and i meanlots of carbs. dont worry about gettin fat you can cut it off later. stop doing cardio if you;re doing it, and I would bet 100 bucks you;re overtraining. drop the number of sets and reps you are doing and use heavier weights. get plenty of water and plenty of rest and you should grow. also try ginger root or papaya extract before you eat. that should help you better utilixe your protein.
 
I started training at age 17. Did my first cycle at I think age 20. Been going strong ever since. As far as your head or jaw growing, the only thing that may cause that is HGH, and you would need to be doing some pretty high dosages for it to happen even then. Injecting is a breeze. After you shoot the first time it is easy to do. Just set in your mind that you want to be big no matter what, that tiny ass needle only hurts for a split second anyway, so just do it!
 
This is the time to eat big, train heavy, and do the research for a few years before you start a cycle. You'll thank yourself for it.

Another good book is Dorian Yates' Blood and Guts. It's very basic, has some good information about diet, training. I started making awesome gains when I started lifting heavier with fewer sets and reps.
 
Believe me Dial Tone, I can train intensely ma firend. Also, took a supplement by ADF called 19nor which is supposed to convert to nandralone, I take it it's a derivative of deca. So in a way I have took a mild steroid. Anyone heared of it? Didn't take any anti es during or after, but not overely worried not at all actually. It was probably so weak that it would affect estrogen levels right.
 
thinkingaboutgear:: yes, i've heard about 19Nor, I think it's similar to 1-AD, and 4-Andro etc.. they are pro-hormones and they are a 'pre-cursor' to testosterone and sure, you can get decent gains and it does somewhat screw up your natural test levels and IMO, it ain't worth the money but the AS gear is NOTHING compared to those things bro, it can REALLY screw up your body if you don't do it right.
 
Thanks you guys have been really helpful. I hear you Mikey G, I would never go out and just start taking roids without throughly researching them first. I think I'll definitely wait till I'm pretty much as big as I'm going to get naturally before I start experimenting with gear. I have however been looking at 1-AD and 4-AD, is it also too soon to take them, if not Avant Labs or Ergofarms? Also do these lower natural test levels?
