ok i kknow diet means the most, but do u guys think i dont need to do them then, b/c i really dont care much about the stabalizer for core exercises i am more for bbuilding than powerlifting?
i would add them 1 day at the end of a routine. Let's say legs because pretty much all you do is legs/calves. I have plenty of room to throw in 2 ab movements for 3 sets at 15 reps.
