i am tired of drinking shakes, i dont mind drinking them PWO but it seems like days that i am extremely busy at work and cant go home to eat i end up drinking 3-4 a day sometimes (3 being while i am at work ie. every 2 hours) and i really start to feel like crap, how do you guys get around this? do you cook food ahead of time? i am really pressed for time to cook everyday so if there is any good articles that you could recommend that could give me pointers on preparing food for the week that would be great, thanks!

You cook it all in large quantities on Sunday nights, tupperware the stuff for monday and tuesday, freeze the stuff for wednesday, thurs, fri, sat...then each day as you take one from the fridge, replace with one from the freezer.

Shakes can also be made better if you use real incredients like fruit and peanut butter and oats and sugar free syrups and cocoa etc.

i like the sound of that, i think i am going to have to start that this week.i want something that i can make and have it in one bowl so maybe a little brown rice, chicken and broccoli all mixed together sounds pretty good (keeping the macs at 50/30/20'sh)

Bring some Animal snak bars or oh yeah bars with you, taste delicious and the 1th one (my favorites one hehe) give you 30gr of protein per serving.

It's the only way bro, everybody does it, cooking large quantities. Mix it up, make some chicken make some extra lean ground beef, some ground turkey...

try to have at least three themes, or if u're gonna stick with just chicken, at least mix up how you season it.

Some people like to slightly undercook the portions they freeze so they can cook it for 5 minutes so it still has moisture that day (jenscat!)... I personally don't give an f about taste anymore so whatever:)

Definitely package food ahead of time. My wife cooks dinner and always makes extra for me to bring to lunch. In addition, I'll pack a tuna sandwich or brown rice/chicken as a snack. Also, if you're bulking milk is a great substitute for protein shakes.
