After eating a meal consisting of mostly carbs such as a pasta dish at around 5 or 6 at night i tend to get sleepy. I generally only eat something like this once a week or so but every time I do I fall asleep. I heard this has to do with the way my body releases insulin.
might be that you are carb sensitive OR it's just been a long ass day.....eating in general is a body process requiring energy (digestion).......what are you cals like?
BTW - I eat a huge pasta dish with 10oz of chicken or beef as my 3rd meal M-F.
