Hi all. I'm 15 years of age and have taken to lifting weights. As of now, I'm 115 pounds, and 5 foot 7.5. I have 1% body fat.(XC) now, I'm changing sports, gonna do some soccer, I need to put on some mass so I don't get smashed to bad. I don't know where to start. Do I work out everyone day? 4 days a week? I'm not sure how many. What should I eat? Foods? Could someone PLEASE E-mail me and set me up on a good scheduel. Thank you all in advance
