These last few weeks I've been doing Muay Thai. I'm also on my first cycle. I seem to have injured my thumb muscle that the bar rest on when doing bench press or other 'push' exercises.
1) What's the best way to get this healed? I'm taking 4 days off starting tomorrow.
2) Are the any alternate exercises I can do to work my chest? I can do rope pulldowns for my tris.
