Thoughts on joint supplements

Just looking for some feedback on joint supplements, like glucosamine.

I've been having some joint pain lately from my workouts, so before I buy - what's the consensus?

Cissus is good. Am using forged joint repair and skelly balm from needto currently and is helping.

anyone of the above will work over time but the skelletal balm not only works over time but right away because of the topical pain reliever :qt:

I can give you my word on the skeletal balm. I suffered from tendinitis for years it's killed big time and stopped me from doing certain lifts that caused it pain , Nate suggested this and no joke it was instant relief and over 2-3 month took it away completely. I also use it when I get aches on my knees from squats.

Looks to me like a Cissus/skeletal balm combo would be the best you can get!!!

Ordered up some Cissus and it was on my doorstep today.

I'm already a user of the Skeletal Balm, and am a huge advocate of that product.

Thanks to all for the helpful replies.

My fav combo of all time is Krill oil, super cissus Rx and Skeletal Balm. Combo is bomb.

Forged Joint Repair works so much better than SuperCissus Rx bro! Forged has tons of cissus plus every and all of the best joint supps in one!!

So, Krill oil + Forged Joint Repair + Skeletal Balm is the unbeatable joint combo. Makes your joints feel amazing.

My joint issues were cured by Cissus.
It also helped my parents and inlaws.
Stuff is amazing.

OSTA sarms has helped me as well

They dis not just make my joints better- i actually have no joint pains anymore.

I agree, glucosamine is junk compared to Supercissus....I stack it with fish oil; as a former boxer, it's worked wonders for the chronic pain in my wrists and elbows

Cissus always feels like it is working the same day - but only because it has slight analgetic properties - meaning it is a painkiller.
But to really actually work and fix joint issues it needs some time - a few weeks at least

Also - nor all glucosamine supps are created equal. Same as fish oils
Some glucosamine supps have next to no glucosamine or condratine in them. So READ YOUR LABLES

Glucosamine/Chondroitin hands down. This is a long term solution and worked great for me. Used to have major elbow pains in hte joint and connecting tendons that would hinder any type of workout. My pain is gone, I also triple dose the gluc/chod with fish oil.

I say long term because it takes a few weeks to get the full effect so you may be able to double dose it using something that works faster at first.

I have never had luck with glucosamine. I even bought an Equine glucosamine liquide concentrate from a vet store. It was a struggle not to puke every time i took it but each dose was like 25 times the regular dose you would find in the usual joint supps.
Did absolutely nothing for tendons or connective tissue for me personally. But thats just me.

Hey N2, how bout a transdermal Cissus??? mega dosed. You can take tons of Cissus at a time as it is very well tolerated.
