This strange but simple diet may work for you to shed fat

People are probably going to say this is ridiculous but I have been doing this for the last few days and I'm quite in a state of aw on the results I have seen. Heres what I have been doing. I wake up in the morning and have a cup of Java - No carbs of course. I don't consume any protein, carbs or fat until about 3:00pm. That means no protein shakes. At about 3:00 I take in about 40g of protein and about 20g of fat. I do this every 2 hours, trying not to go over 70g of fat but keeping the protein intake at 1g per pound of body weight. I hold off on carbs until after a workout. Thats when the carbs come in. Between post-workout and bedtime I consume about 100-120g of carbs. This should be enough to fuel you through the night and keep you satisfied for the next day. If you workout in the morning, this should be even more beneficial. It also depends on your waking hour. If you awake at around 6am, you can probably start eating at around 1:30 but try not to eat at all before then. Drinking lots of water should keep you from being hungry and you aren't going to starve to death. I was able to do this no problem and I was doing yard work all day long.

Keep yourself hydrated and try to get at least 1g of protein per pound. This is kind of a tweaked animalbolics diet and I don't see how people could object to this. You are burning the carbs off from the night before throughout the day as well as fat. This doesn't mean going extremely under maintanance calories because that will just make you catabolic so remember, bodyweight X 12 = Calories that should be taken in.

Personally I believe in the low carbohydrate approach when cutting. Carbohydrates are what most of the North american population takes in and thats where most of the calories come from. If you can hold off on the Carbs before 2-3pm you should start to see some change.

Congrats on finding something that works for you! I think most bodybuilders will immediately run screaming away from not eating for that long. We have become programmed to eating every 2 or 3 hours. This definitely goes against the grain, but that doesn't necessarily mean it won't work. I personally could not go that long without eating, I would go flat and look like a surfer. It depends a lot on your bodytype. If I were more endomorphic and had trouble losing fat I might resort to something that extreme. My BF is at 6% right now and I do no cardio, I am just eating clean (not really restricitng calories). I hope you have continued success!
