In terms of muscle gains would it make sense having a split where you hit each muscle 2x a week and the first time high volume and then go low volume the second time in the week ?

by heavy I mean...

if you are doings 15 reps and all 15 of those reps are easy, then it is not heavy enough. I think you should reach failure on the last set of every exercise you do.. whether the reps are low or high. So whether it is high volume or low volume.. don't stop until the muscle stops.

This ^^

on the low volume days yeah. On the high volume days? How? I guess that depends on your definition of "heavy".

Love that quote

I like to train so goddamn heavy that I only got enough juice for ONE work set!
