Thinking about trying 5x5

Hello. I've been reading a lot of the posts about needsize's 5x5 routine, and I want to try it for myself. I'm thinking of going w/this split:

Mon. Chest and Shoulders
Tues. Back
Wed. rest
Thurs. bi's and tri's
Fri. legs
Sat and Sun rest

Here's my question. For Monday, should I do 5x5 and two other exercises for chest, followed by 5x5 and two other exercises for shoulders? That seems like 2 workouts in 1. Do you feel overtrained on that day, or isn't it a problem for you?

Thats what I do, and I feel fine. I have been doing it this way for 2 months now with now signs of overtraining. Just make sure to eat and rest.
 
Your split looks good....

but if you want an advice, I'd do front delts on monday with your chest, side and rear delts with your back on tuesday....
