Hello. I've been reading a lot of the posts about needsize's 5x5 routine, and I want to try it for myself. I'm thinking of going w/this split:
Mon. Chest and Shoulders
Tues. Back
Wed. rest
Thurs. bi's and tri's
Fri. legs
Sat and Sun rest
Here's my question. For Monday, should I do 5x5 and two other exercises for chest, followed by 5x5 and two other exercises for shoulders? That seems like 2 workouts in 1. Do you feel overtrained on that day, or isn't it a problem for you?
