Yea lil bro the high volume thing has worked really well for me. The idea of squatting any weight for 30 or more reps is kinda hard to grasp but it will put you over the top. The one I posted is the exact one I use. You will puke the first couple of times, but it will get better.

lol jk thanks bro! I wish i had your job sounds amazing. ima certified trainer and everyone thinks im bullshit cuz i kinda am but its like OK lets compare pics 90% of the trainers are probably bad, but 90% of people getting a trainer are just as stupid! hahaha

correct. however, I have enough experience to know that most of the pics chicks (dudes also) post on internets are not exactly true to what they look like IRL. Adjusted lighting, "skinny jeans", favorable camera angles, etc. Chicks aren't dumb, they know what their good and bad features are and the beauty (and safety) of the internet is that they can 100% control what version of themselves is communicated to others.

it's natural. for dudes and chicks. I've done it.

I'm big and ugly so there isn't a camera angle that helps with that.:worried:

LOL Naw my job is not amazing young bro, its just a job. The leg workout is the shit. You will start to see some changes in your quads around Wk.3. Let me know how it works for you dude.
