For my pct I just play it by ear. I keep letro, exemestane and nolvadex on hand and use it according to how my body feels.

Did I mention my wife is now pregnant? Woo hoo, I still got it!

CPAP machine works awesome. I sleep almost the whole night now, No snoring, no stopping breathing. It isn't all that bad, I get used to the mask the first night, was rather natural. Besides, I like breathing more than my looks when I am sleeping.
