slightly massaged to better suit my goals. This is a whole new approach to me for working out and it is taking a lot of disipline for me to stick to it. But am forcing myself to do just that for 12 -16 weeks. I am looking better and my strength continues to go up, so that helps considerably for me.
I do the 5x5 then take a week off, reset my starting weights and then go on the modified program and do the same.
