To cut on 350g of carbs their metabolisms would be amped to the max...probably higher end guys. Some endos would bulk with less carbs.

I still eat carbs but you don't need that many. A few days out you carb up to fill out. And yeah, guys who are 250 who are on clen, tren and GH, can get away with it. I am not.

nelson let me ask you this.. the handman example. he eats nothing but mcdonalds and chikfilA, he is getting in a ton of calories and fats.. yet he is skinny as a rail.. i'm talkin he is 6 or 7% body fat and has lean muscle. not bodybuilder huge but he is ripped with lean muscle. he eats no veggies at all, maybe an occasional piece of fruit. explain that to me.

Yeah but one large factor is being left out here. All the drugs. Pro guys and many others are pounding Tren,hgh, clen, t3, and 2 other compounds we aren't supposed to mention, which will take care of all those cals and carbs. Your regular drug free joe endo like me has to be super super careful with every calorie if I want to try to lean out.

Genetics bro. I'm not saying what I'm doing is going to get everyone ripped. It's just the best approach to getting leaner. It goes the other way too. I can squat with weights that will break my back and I will never have thighs as thick as some guy who played football in high school and now sits on his porch and drinks beer. Bodybuilding is about making the most of what you have.
 
^^^ yes Samoans are a good example. you don't see them playing WR or CB in the NFL.. they are all lineman.

also everyone burns calories at different rates even doing the same exercise.. you can be on the treadmill next to someone else and run the same 10 minute mile yet burn a different amount of cals. or you could sit on your ass and burn calories just cause you have a high metabolism.

there isn't an exact science to it and everyone is so different.
