No, you can't spot reduce, but you can build the muscles in the abdominal wall and it's the lower ones that are harder to train, therefore, they droop and the fat excentuates the "pooch." Working lower abs is a must and most ab machines don't hit them.

he is a strong safety bro. not a CB. totally different position. CB's are skinny and fast. strong safeties are more bulky and they have to get up there and take on blocks in run support.

Not to mention there's not that much difference between a corner back and a safety.... Their pretty similar in size and speed.
Corners can't be weak either. Corner back play at the line of scrimmage gets physical.

Interesting, though I can get into a few ways that study is flawed. Here's another one that I believe further study will support -- wearing a sweat belt just makes you lose water, right? Mmmm, I think there is also a little fat burning there as well. Of course, it's slight and much be in conjunction with intense exercise and a calorie deficit, but I find that continued use creates a smaller waistline in the long run.
