Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I'm looking through the pics of some of you on here and sheesh you have some monster calves. i can't remember the moderator but one of them has a huge calf with veins popping out i saw on his log. how the heck do you get that ? I seem to train my calves and cannot get them to look anywhere close to that ?

I don't train them
I was jist blessed with great calves. So much that I barely train them so the rest of the body can catch up
Calves are a very genetic muscle in terms of how big they will get. A lot of it is determined by the actual shape. Similar to how a short bicep will look bigger than a longer bicep.
