yeah i agree they are a kick ass mass builder!
even when i do the movement with a light weight my shoulder crunches and i feel a weird pain....
tried DB's and the EZ curl bar and still doesnt feel right
did them for 4 weeks on my first cycle and my delts and traps exploded!
but my shoulders are stiff and a little sore all the time. deca worked magic on them>
for anyone reading this, what gamer is talking about with the grip for upright rows, (wide to hit delts and narrow for traps) its great information.
