how do you find those upright rows on your shoulders man?

id love to do them, but they dont feel good for me!

Believe it or not, the joints in my shoulders feel much better on the upright rows, and that was a light day.. My wrist is what hurts when I do those... I know they are great for your outer delts; after a set, they just pop out better than lateral raises.. And it is all in grip. If you grip less than shoulder width, you hit traps, but if you grip outside shoulder width, you hit outer delts.
 
My leg day, and now I think I know why my squats went down; im not used to my new shoes yet, which are way different than the shoes I used to squat in..

Squats:
135x10
185x10
225x10
315x5
335x3
I used to do more, but ever since I squat in chucks, my squat went down.. WTF

Leg extensions:
295 (full weight stack)x10
295x10
295x10

Leg Curls:
190x10
205x10
220x10

Seated calf raises:
90x10
90x10
135x8
135x8

Hip abductor (both types):
3 sets x14 reps each type..

Also, my right lower back has been aching for over a week now, that may be hindering me as well and it hurts like a biatch!!!

Cant wait for Arms tomorrow!
 
lollll.. jk bro. my squats suck, aint gonna lie.. knee if finally better though. thanks to 10g of fish oil ED, or just that i kept it light the last few weeks. next week hopefully i can get a set with 315

My joints dont like me at all right now..
Squatting 135 and I could feel my joints grind.
