My leg day, and now I think I know why my squats went down; im not used to my new shoes yet, which are way different than the shoes I used to squat in..

I used to do more, but ever since I squat in chucks, my squat went down.. WTF
Leg extensions:

Seated calf raises:

Hip abductor (both types):
3 sets x14 reps each type..
Also, my right lower back has been aching for over a week now, that may be hindering me as well and it hurts like a biatch!!!
Cant wait for Arms tomorrow!
