For the past year or so I had a bit of a lump in my chest by my right nipple, my diet was pretty crappy, lots of pizza and other crap. Mr.X gave my the calculations for a CKD diet to follow, I'm on day 3 today and the lump is hardly there! I hope it's fat because of my past crappy diet, not gyno. I'm posting this to thank you bro! So far so good!
