Volume is probably relatively low compared to others.
I don't post sets and reps and weights because I think it's very individual.
But I train Push/Pull/Legs/Rest/Upper/Lower/Rest every week.
Each workout is some stretching/rehab and warmup/feeler sets, then typically 6 exercises, 2 hard working sets of each. Reps varies between 8-20 depending on the exercise.
Very big change from in the past which mightve been closer to 8 exercises with 4 sets of each.
