***Strength is really rising fast. I love muscle memory. Strength is going up as if I was on cycle. I have 2 other workout partners who train with me. As soon as the 2nd guy finished his set, I started my new one. It was nice pace workout that kept us breathing heavy throughout the entire workout. Once again, at the end of the workout, I didn't want to leave. I fucking love it!
