Back story is I have run a log over on Evo for @Sydney City supplements, and followed him over to this forum, last little blast was 400 mg test e 200 mg EQ a week split also ran 2.5mg of his Reta and dropped I think about 8KG‘s. I stopped the Reta about 3 months ago. He has been very helpful and supportive.
Currently I Am still on his test E at 250mg a week whilst ideal with a shoulder injury/ tendons with tears. He has been generous enough to send out some BCP and TB mix to get more recovery going quicker. The injury is quite a pain as I struggle to lift my right arm above my head and have an impingement at 90° on a nerve which tends to make things difficult.
So I will be slowly getting back to repaired without making things worse.
I’m sitting at 90kg which is up since I stopped Reta. I will be running test e until I run out then sus at 300mg a week and tren e at 100mg a week, HGH (first time using) will be at 2iu m-f at night.
Calories are unmonitored but sit between 2500 and 3000
Exercise has been consistent of walking and light stretching for the shoulder. But looking to move onto some very light weights to get back into things and build the muscles around the tears.
Will post some gear porn and injury and welcome any advice or criticism good or bad, I’m always keen to learn new things.
