I would run it like this:

1-14 Test E 500 mg/week
1-12 Deca 400 mg/week
12-16 Winstrol 50 mg/day

You would be starting PCT after week 16. Make sure that you have an AI, Caber, and Liver Support for your cycle. Also, it will take a minute to see the results from the test and deca so kick starting the cycle with an oral like dbol or tbol wouldn't be a bad idea.

This is pretty spot on if you were to run this cycle. I agree with everyone about the diet though. 10wks is way too short for deca and test enth should be run longer than the deca to allow for the longer ester to clear before pct.
