Test/deca/tren log with sdrol kickstart

What's up guys, first post here but not new to aas. This is my 3rd cycle. First cycle was test only, then second cycle was test and deca. Now taking the plunge and going with tren. I hope to have massive gains with this cycle, I am one week post show so I'm should have considerate gains from rebound and stay fairly lean, although I'm not worried about staying too lean just going for straig mass. Let me know what you think and stay along for the journey, ill be doing a complete log and try hard to post daily updates. This is actually day 5 I will be starting my log with day 1 was Monday, the weight I will be listing below is starting weight from day 1. Will be posting pictures throughout cycle.

Age: 27
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 225.2
Bf: 8.2%

Cycle
WKS 1-16. TEST C 750MG/WKLY- on m/w/f @ 250mg
WKS 5-16. DECA 400mg//WKLY
WKS 11-16. TREN A 300MG/WKLY- on m/w/f @ 100mg
WKS 1-16. ARIMIDEX 1MG EOD
WKS 1-4. SUPERDROL 30mg 2 PILLS DAILY AM/PM

Diet

MEAL 1: 16oz egg whites (50g pro ) 3 packets flavored oats ( 90g carb ) 2 tbs olive oil ( 28g fat )

MEAL 2: 8 oz chicken breast ( 40g pro ) 1 cup white rice ( 50g carbs )

MEAL 3: SAME AS MEAL 2

MEAL 4: 2 scoops whey iso ( 50g pro ), 3 packets flavored oats ( appx 90g carbs ) 2 tbs olive oil ( 28g fat ) 1 apple or banana

MEAL 5: 5 whole eggs ( 30g pro, 25g fat ) 3 packets flavored oats ( 90g carbs )

MEAL 6: 6 oz 80/20 ground beef ( 45g pro, 30g fat ) 1/2 cup white rice ( 25g carb )

TOTALS- 255g pro/ 395g carb/ 111g fat

Will be increasing carbs each week.

End of day 5.

Weight in the a.m. 228.6 (+3.4)

*one thing I do want to say about my weight is that my weights given on mon-fri are going to be a couple pounds heavier than the ones given for sat & sun because I go to work very early and weigh at 4 a.m. Mon-fri and on sat and sun I weigh around 9 a.m. so there is a 5 hour difference there which entitles I will weigh a couple pounds less after those 5 hours. I will gauge my weekly progress on my weight change from sun to sun to keep everything accurate.

On with the log for today, well as stated today was day 5 of my test as superdrol cycle the first week of 4, after that I will drop the sdrol and add in deca. Today was the first day I experienced the all knowing "back pumps" everyone talks about from the sdrol and let's just say they were far from pleasant, and to top it off today was back day so that made it even worse. My workout was great and intense as hell and noticed my bi's and forearms being pumped to the max although I was training back. My appetite has gone through the roof and am as hungry as a horse though I will stay on the diet I listed in my first post for week 1 and then add some more carbs for week 2 beginning Monday. I have a feeling I'm going to experience some night sweats tonight I'm not sure if that's a side of sdrol but my body temp is definantly hotter and my body is soaked just laying here typing this, which is very unusual. I think that's all I have to say for today, sides are mild so far with no signs of gyno, lethargy or my libido. I am not very gyno prone but still will be taking arimidex at 1mg EOD just to be on the safe side. Will keep everyone posted for the next 16 weeks. Look forward to it! Ask questions and let me known what y'all think and give me some thoughts and your input!

Good question, I have prami on hand for the first 4 weeks and will take if needed then will begin prami at .5mg EOD once I begin week 5 with test and DECA, then if needed I will begin .5 ed during week 11 when I add in tren.

Day 6

Today's log is gonna be short and sweet. My weight surprisingly this morning was 230.2 which is up 5 pounds from day 1. Strength was great today, had bi's and tri's and the pump was insane. Still feeling no sides from either test or sdrol so that's good there. Tomorrow marks one week for this cycle so should have a good weight increase for week 1. Keep following, will update tomorrow with weekly weight, and also will be taking pics and measurements tomorrow to compare to each week. Give me your input or advice on anything I look forward to hearing it.

Start your prami at a lower dose, (.10). Trust me. Some bros hit .5 out of the gates and they hate life.
 
Definitely recommend caber/prami with the deca and tren, I did an experiment with test, deca, and tren and trust me u don't wanna not have it bc it got bad pretty quickly for me. I know everyone reacts differently, but I've always heard negative things with the 2 19- nors so wanted to see for myself and yeah I won't mix the 2 again, not saying it can't be done. This is just from personal experience...good luck! Like the log so far, very curious to see the end result.
 
You need much more protein
Youre already 225+ and will need around 400 grams daily protein. Tren demands it
Run the tren at EOD at minimum. 50mg/ED is optimal for less sides and stable blood levels
Wait till that tren hits you like a freight train rob

Yes I will be upping my carbs and protein each week I only started at 220 because I am one week post show so I didn't need to flood my body with protein because it would have a nice rebound from the carbs, but I will be adjusting my diet for the following week and will post that when I finish it.

Update day 7

*weight: 233.4, up 3.2 from yesterday, up 8.2 from start of week (day 1).

Well today marks one full week on test cyp and sdrol. 3 weeks until I drop sdrol and add in deca. My weight this morning was 233.4 which is up 8.2 from the start. I credit some of this do to the rebound from being 1 week post show, I am a lot more full and strength has increased. I haven't felt much do to the test or sdrol but didn't plan to during week one, I'd expect to feel the sdrol kicking in this week. Still feeling no sides other than back pumps here and there. I am taking ai cycle support in the am/pm everyday throughout this cycle as well. Can't wait to make some serious mass changes thought this cycle and the preceding ones as well. After these 16 weeks I will either pct with nolva/clomid which I have on hand or just bridge with test into a cycle. Opinions or thoughts appreciated on my cycle now and for pct.

Some measurements as of this morning.
Neck: 15.75
Arms: 17.25
Forearms: 13.5
Shoulders: 52.75
Chest: 49.5
Waist: 36
Legs: 28
Calves: 17.25
Bf % (I did the 3 skin fold caliper so I tested 3 times, then took the avg to try and make it as accurate as possible)
1st try: 8.4
2nd try: 9.3
3rd try: 7.0
Avg: 8.2%

New diet for this week. (Will not be adding to much since I gained 8lbs, will change when weight stalls)

MEAL 1: 2 scoops whey iso, 3 packets flavored oats 2 tbs pb, 1 banana

MEAL 2: 8 oz chicken breast 1.5 cup white rice

MEAL 3: SAME AS MEAL 2

MEAL 4: 16oz egg whites 3 packets flavored oats 2 tbs olive oil

MEAL 5: 16oz egg whites 3 packets flavored oats 2 tbs olive oil

MEAL 6: 6 oz 80/20 beef 1 cup white rice
 
Update day 8

***weight: 234.4 up one pound from yesterday so weight increase is going good. I assume it will start to slow shortly.

Log for today. Today I felt my first "real" signs from the superdrol/test cyp stack. I woke up with a terrible head ache with my head pounding and my heart was racing, it has been like this all day and will be adding some Hawthorne berry in to see if it will help steady my heart beat. Also today my body had been aching all over real bad, I assume this is due to the "drying out" phase that superdrol can do, which is the cause of sore joints. My workout none the less was great today it was legs and I had to scratch my last exercise for quads due to my pump being so bad, I mean even after the first set of leg extensions my pump was equivalent to any pump I have had after a workout. Diet was in check today and will continue to be. Will update tomorrow with weight and how the day went. Feel free to provide your input to this log please so I at least know I'm not waisting my time with this. Thanks to all.

No problem, I'll be following this thread. Some bros do get sick when they start at .25. I did on my 1st run.

I started with deca and test then after about 4 weeks added tren, about 2 maybe 3 weeks after adding tren I was dealing with prolactin bad. I had to drop the cycle after about 7 weeks. Was at 400mg test/600mg deca/400mg tren e. I put on about 12 lbs, but sides weren't worth the gains. Much better combos with the negative sides.
 
Update day 9

***weight: 235.0 slowly but surely up .6 pounds from yesterday. Up 9.8 from the start.

Log for today will probably be fairly short. Nothing much to comment on other then the sides that I'm experiencing are the same; sweats, back pumps, headaches, etc. Nothing that I can't deal with or out of the ordinary. I trained chest today and started with pec dec to really isolate the chest before i got into my presses and man that totally pumped up my chest it was unreal. I can definently tell the difference in pumps from the superdrol. Diet was in check today. The test should be kicking in within the next couple days or soon next week so I'm looking forward to that. Will update tomorrow with weight and daily log. As always thanks for following, and feel free to provide your input or any questions you may have.

Update day 10

Weight: 239.4
Up 4.4 pounds from yesterday

Well after talking to my coach, were going to switch up my cycle longer to get more out of the tren in the beginning. Here's what it looks like now.

Weeks 1-16 test 750mg/wk
Weeks 1-4 superdrol 2 pills a day
Weeks 4-14 deca 400mg/wk
Weeks 4-10 tren ace 300mg/wk
Weeks 1-16 arimidex 1mg/eod
Caber weeks 4-16 .25mg 3 days a week

Log for today is much of the same. Same sides nothing too bad or to the extreme, I'm getting excited now for week 4 to begin my run with tren as I've heard nothing but good things about it. Strength was great today totally tore up my back. Diet was the same for the first four meals then had a full digorno pizza to my self for dinner. Bulking at its finest right? Lol will update with weight updates for the week and new measurements. I'm pumped to take measurements cuz I feel I've ballooned up pretty good especially legs and chest. Can't wait for the next couple weeks when the test finally kicks in. Will keep y'all posted, thanks for following.

Udaye day 11

Weight: 241.0
Up 1.6 from yesterday

Weight gain is still going up steady and strong. Gained every day so far and the size increase is amazing so far, I can't wait to take measurements Sunday to see what's grown. I have noticed new stretch marks on my triceps and quads and I haven't even trained arms yet this week! The superdrol has definently kicked in and is giving me a drier look. I'm noticing much more vascularity also which of course is a plus. If gains are going like this with superdrol and test (test probably hasn't even kicked in yet) then I can't wait till week four when deca and tren is added.

Just a little about me since I'm bored. I plan to bulk for 1-2 years with multiple cycles throughout and plan to cruise in between cycles to hang on to as much muscle as possible. I'm working with a coach right now who has everything layed out for me. I've never tried HGH or insulin but may be implementing them later on. Anybody who has used them should definently chime in and let me know how it went? I'm devoted to bodybuilding and will be a national level competitor in 2 years. I am under full belief that this is a marathon not a sprint so I'm not looking into competing again until me and my coach feel I will be a complete threat. I'm 6'3" as stated in my first post, I know this is quite tall for bodybuilding but I feel that my height will only add to the sheer look I want once I have enough muscle to fill my frame. I feel tall bodybuilders have a better look and aesthetic appeal than shorter ones (no offense to short bodybuilders here there are tons of short bodybuilders with amazing physiques). If anyone has any questions or advice or just wants to chat let me know. I started this thread for me and also for you guys but its pretty dead if I'm the only one posting! Hey man I'm following your log. I'm also 6'3 so I can appreciate what tall bb's have to go through to fill out their frame.

I also love superdrol. I have done a few cycles of that myself and I don't think there is anything that compares to the lean mass that it gives.

I will be following closely, post up some some pics sometime!

Sweet man! I just love the fact of how much more mass us tall ones can hold lol sure it takes a hell of a lot more time to get all that mass, and not to say the more we have to weigh, being a 280 pounder tall bodybuilder will probably look equivalent to a 230-240 pound shorter bodybuilder, but it all comes with time and that's all I got.

This is my first run with superdrol and let's just say so far it's nothing shorter than amazing! Loving the gains and especially the "pumps". 2 more weeks till deca and tren are added in the mix and I can't wait! Loving sdrol as a kickstart it's defiantly doing its job until the test fully kicks in.

Will be posting pics Sunday for sure, gotta take weekly pics for my coach so ill be posting then, and each Sunday after that. Probably will post before pics as well to get a better understanding of the gains from the cycle.

Update day 12

Weight: 241.4
Up .4 from yesterday

Log for today is gonna be short. Had a great workout today, did shoulders and tris. Strength increase is really becoming noticeable now as the weight I used today for db military press was more than what I used 10 weeks out from my show (I'm 2 weeks post show right now). Diet today was on point except lunch was switched out with 2 double cheeseburgers from five guys. Sides and everything are going good still, I have noticed I get headaches if I'm not hydrated so this could be due to the superdrol drying out effect and the test kicking in. My face a surely ballooned up a little so I deffinently know the test is kicking in. If you have any questions ask away. Feel free to critique the photos I posted earlier and hit me up with any advice or results you have had. Will update tomorrow.

Up 2.6 from yesterday

Not really much to update about today. Weight is still going up nice and steady. Still thinking about 2 weeks from now when I'll start the tren and then the real changes will happen. No sides yet other than pumps really. No acne, aggression etc. Test is kicking in around this time so I'm pumped for that. Superdrol is great this is my first run and its been amazing. Did bi's tonight and everything went up in weight. Pump was amazing as well, could barely put my jacket on afterwards. Will post pictures recent pictures tomorrow. Thanks for checking the log out. Update day 14

Up 2.4 from yesterday

What's up guys, didn't get around to doing my log for yesterday in time so I'm doing it now. Today was a great day. Really noticing size being put on and my strength is increasing rapidly. Took some progress pics for my coach today and will be posting those shortly. Diet has changed and more carbs were added so will be posting that also. I am noticing my skin is starting to get a little oily, no acne at this point but skin is definently getting oily. This marks the start of week 3 for test cyp and sdrol so only 2 more before tren and deca are added in the mix. The test should fully be kicking in within this week or next since it is cyp so can't wait for that. Face has also ballooned up pretty good as well but it comes with the territory. Hunger has been through the roof, not sure if this is due to the superdrol or just my own appetite but I'm not gonna complain.

New diet:

Up 1.6 from yesterday

Strength was through the roof today, Really noticing the effects of superdrol. Had a brutal leg day which began with 5 sets of leg extensions which created such an intense pump in my quads that it was hard to walk from there on out. Lower back pumps were worse today, that was a downer but nothing to extreme. Diet was also on point today. Really noticing the hunger effects also, even with eating close to 5000 calories I'm practically starving after about 30 minutes of eating a meal. 13 days until tren/deca and I think its safe to say I'm a little excited. Let me know what you guys want me to add to these logs and so forth. I have my workout logs if you want me to add them each day, all you gotta do is let me know. Will update tomorrow. Today was the first day that my weight hasn't changed. I'm not too worried about it yet as I feel most of my post show "rebound" weight gain is finished and now the weight gain will be nice and solid. One thing I want to say is that the pumps today were insane. I trained chest today and my chest and tris were pumped to the max. I came home and did a little flex in the mirror and noticed new stretch marks all across my tris on both arms. I also couldn't do hanging leg raises because my lower back was so pumped it hurt to hang there so I had to settle for doing decline leg raises on the bench. Strength was up from last week and I'm loving every bit of it. One side I am noticing is a little hair falling out every now and then. Not going to worry too much about it until it increases then will look into getting some proscar. Other than that everything is going good. 12 days until deca/tren added in. Your diet is really looking good! I would try and get a few more vegetables or vegetable juices in for your micronutrients. Also don't be afraid of the carbs as you are on superdrol.

I Would be interested to see your your training regimen. What kind of training split are you on and How many days a week are you doing cardio (I tend to do barely any any cardio when bulking on sdrol)

Thanks man!! Ill keep logging for sure! I remember when I would google for logs and couldn't find any that lasted more than a week so that's why I'm doing this! I know there's people who want to read this and know how this cycle worked because they could base their cycle of this log so I will keep it as detailed as possible. Will do that bro! Yea that's what I've heard from others who have used superdrol and so far I see what they mean, even after eating a meal of 90g of carbs about 30 minutes later I'm hungry again so the hunger factor is definently there with superdrol and I love it.

CABLE CROSSOVERS SS PUSHUPS- 3 sets to failure

DAY 3: BACK
STRAIGHT BAR PULLOVERS- 4 sets x 20,16,12,10 reps
LAT PULLDOWNS- 4 sets x 15,12,10,8 reps
1 ARM DB ROWS- 3 sets 20,15,10 reps
CABLE ROWS- 3 sets 20,15, 10 reps

Weight is down and not to sure why, diet wasn't any less, not going to worry about it to much unless it turns into a couple days. Today switched out my ground beef meal for a hamburger and fries as I will do every 3rd day. Sides are still the same, noticed some pretty good sweating last night while I was asleep but nothing too major. Trained back today and it was a great workout. Strength was up on everything, really surprised myself on pulldowns as I was able to do about 30 pounds more! Off day from the gym tomorrow unless I can't stand it and just go anyway (which may happen). 11 days until tren/deca but who's counting lol. Will post my workout for everyone to see in case y'all are curious. Feel free to ask your questions and provide your input, I love it!

Log for today's gonna be short and sweet probably. Today was supposed to be my off day but as expected I couldn't stay out
Of the gym so went and trained chest and killed it! Strength was up today just from Tuesday and it was amazing! Back pumps are getting worse so gonna start adding some taurine in. Had to do a 12 minute run for a fit test for work today and man first of all cardio sucks and second of all cardio sucks when taking superdrol. My calfs were so pumped it was unreal I could barely walk they were so tight. Only 10 more days of superdrol then its on to deca/tren. Expecting some big gains from it and hoping to get up around the 270-280 mark after the whole cycle. Hope to be around 256-260 by the time I start deca/tren. Can't wait! Diet was on point today as listed so gains should still be coming. Give me your feedback guys I love to hear it. Thanks for following, will update tomorrow.

What's up guys, chiming in here with my daily log. Weight was up .8 today so still steady gains. Strength was up as expected today as well. Trained some delts and traps and went up on weight on majority of lifts and if not then went up on reps with the same weight. No sides that are worth complaining about as of yet. No acne or libido issues to speak of, only some major lower back pumps. Diet was on point today also. Only 9 days until deca/tren and as you all know I cant wait! I am also wondering where you guys would recommend pinning when I start tren? I plan on pinning ed to stabilize blood levels and minimize sides. As of now I'm just pinning quads with test cyp Mon/wed/Fri but don't want to continue to do quads ed. So if you guess could just give me some recommendations so I can switch it up daily. Delts,glutes...? Thanks for following guys. Will update tomorrow and answer back to any replies!

In currently a few weeks into my tren cycle and am pinning quads delts and triceps. Quads are big enough I space out the injects in 3 different locations per quad so there's quite a bit or sites to rotate around. I can't do glutes, for the life of me I always seem to pin them wrong and end up crippled

The best cycle is to not hijack somebody else's thread. Eating 6 meals a day at approx 4000-4500 kcals per day, and working out hard and taking a multi-vitamin. Start your own thread!

Weight down 2 pounds

Am noticing my weight is fluctuating day to day and hasn't gone up much the past couple of days. Still for the week it has gone up a good amount. So I'm more than likely going to keep my diet the same as the gains from here on out will be slow and steady, as much of the "rebound phase" is over. Am noticing a little bit of acne flaring up on my shoulders blades and upper back. Nothing too bad yet just some red dots here and there. I am sweating like a dog all day every day no matter if I have the ac or fan blowing on me, my body temp is just sky high. I could really tell today how carb sensitive this superdrol really is. I finished my workout and had my post workout shake containing 50g carbs and 25g protein and then was training a client. It was about 2 hours after drinking my shake and I could litteraly feel my blood sugar drop, I suddenly felt cold got the chills got lightheaded and felt real weak. Went and got my meal of white rice and chicken scarfed it down and felt just fine. Workout was great today as well, trained arms today and the pump was out of this world with no complaints there. Will do my weekly weigh in tomorrow and also take some progress photos. Will post my new diet tomorrow if it changes any. Let me know if you have any questions or advice for me. Today marks week the end of week three of my bulk. So far I have gained 43.8 pounds in 3 weeks. Remember most of this weight gain is my rebound from my show once I started eating carbs. Weight has started to remain the same past couple days so now the gains will come slowly but surely but will be quality gains. One more week of test and sdrol and then I'll be dropping the sdrol and adding in deca and tren to the mix and I can't wait! Like i said yesterday I'm noticing a little acne flaring up on my back and shoulder blades and woke up this morning with one on my face, so I'm thinking the test is starting to kick in because I'm using cyp and it can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to kick in depending on the person. Off day from the weights today so just rested, had a nice breakfast this morning of pancakes and eggs so I expect my weight to be up a little from that. Will be updating tomorrow. Let me know what everything thinks of the pics and how I'm sitting right now. Thanks!

Up 3.4 from yesterday

Log for today probably won't be too long. One thing I will say is that my strength was definently through the roof today. I had legs today and was able to pump out 315 for an easy 10, 365 for 6 and 415 for a tough 4 and that's already a new PR and were only starting week 4! I can't wait until the true "strength drugs" are added in next week and to see the gains that they will provide! Weight was up from yesterday and I'm going to try to keep it above 250. Talked to my coach today and it looks like I'm looking to compete may 31st at the NPC Dennis James Classic in Phoenix, AZ. That show gives me enough time to finish this 16 week cycle then do a 4 week cruise and then a 16 week show prep then of course after the show take some much needed time off. Anybodys input on this? I noticed today a little bit of testicular shrinkage so I feel the test is definently in full effect. Diet was on put today but I'm currently waiting on a pizza to be delivered so gonna have that for dinner. Think that's about all to log for today, no major sides or complications as of yet and as always just waiting for next week! 6 days guys 6 days!! Not much to update on today guys. Sides are all the same, acne seems to have lessened and back pumps not as extensive with the taurine. Strength is great trained chest today and went up either on reps or weight on every exercise. Diet was spot on today so should expect a couple ounces for tomorrow. Am still staying fairly lean nothing to brag about but around 10-12% and thats where I plan to stay throughout the whole cycle. I for sure don't want to go over 15%. 5 days until D day lol can't wait. If anyone has any questions or advice let me know. Also I would love you guys to take a look at the pics I posted Sunday and give me some criticism and critique them a little. As always thanks for following. Will update tomorrow.

Up 1.2 from yesterday

Weight is still increasing steadily at least a pound a day. Strength is going up as well, trained chest today and was able to do 465x12 on rack deads at the end of my workout so that's deffinently a new PR. I am noticing some acne starting to flare up on my chest but nothing too bad just a couple here and there. Hunger is through the roof, when I wake up in the morning I'm immediately starving and still am throughout the day which I really don't mind. 4 days until the other compounds are added in, can't wait to see what's going to happen then if im having these types of gains within the first four weeks. Will take some new pics on Sunday and be posting them on here for sure for everyone to see and hopefully critique lol. Sorry guys I didn't get to log yesterday due to it being Halloween and all so I'll be doing now. Weight is still going up steadily so I'm still gaining a pretty good amount of water. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced weight gain this steadily? Acne is starting to get a little worse on my face and skin is beginning to get oily. At least waking up with a new pimple each morning but nothing more than one or maybe two at the worst. Strength is great, trained shoulders and went up on my shoulder press which is my weakest body part of all. Hunger is getting greater and greater, I'm assuming its due to the sdrol since I've never experience hunger like this on test before. Guess I'll be finding out in 3 days when I drop the sdrol. Diet was on point today as well. Hit me up with comments and critiques guys that's partly why I'm doing this to interact with all the more knowledgeable! I'd love to hear your input or criticism. Well I guess that's all for today nothing much new stuff to update on. Will be updating later tonight for my log today. Thanks guys.

I've been thinking the same thing, I have enough for one more week so I think ill run it out one more week for a total of 5 weeks.

Up 2.4 from yesterday

Sorry guys didn't get to log yesterday so I'll it now! I'll get back on track with these logs I promise! It was an off day from the gym so nothing to update training wise. I'm feeling great and liking the way I'm looking. I'm noticing now muscles starting to grow and look fuller. I noticed the first thing to grown was my traps starting around week two. I've never had big traps for the life of me so they were pretty easy to tell lol. Then my shoulders and chest seemed fuller and rounder which I love! My arms are nice and full and still hard which is what I'm really excited about! With all this weight I've gained in 4 weeks I'm still hard on my arms legs back chest. A little soft on my abs and lower back but that's expected because I know some is water seeing as im taking 750mg/wk of test and of course fat. I had considered maybe pushing back one more week until I start tren and deca but I don't think I'm going to, I'll just stick to the plan and start on Monday. I can't wait to see the gains from that! This is my first time with tren ace so I'm way excited from everything I've read and heard about it! Sides are still the same, little acne on my face and upper back. Always hot, and sweating throughout the night, probably nothing like I'm going to experience when I add in tren lol. And strength is through the roof! I'm about to go train some arms so I'll update y'all on that! Got some fat gripz ima try out today so we'll see how those go! Feel free to respond to anything guys I'd love to hear your input! Once again guys didn't get to log for yesterday so I'll do it now, sorry for those who are following. Yesterday was a great day, other than my weight dropping but I think that's due to me weighing myself about 4 hours later than usual since I had the day off and got to sleep in a little so I'm not worrying about it too bad. Lower back pumps were the worst they had ever been and I'm not sure why, I couldn't even do dishes much less stand up longer than 10 minutes without having to lean on something to take the pressure of my lower back. No new sides all the same, acne seems to be lessening a little bit so thats a good thing. Trained arms and tryed out the "fat gripz" and they were amazing! Never before have I felt so pumped in my arms and the pain was so harsh but yet so good if that makes sense! The weight I could use was around the same as without using them I just felt more of a contraction in the muscle and had a better overall "squeeze" so if anyone is on the edge about getting some I'd definently recommend it! I'll be using them for all exercises I can and will let you know how they feel. I'll be updating later with some new weekly pics and update on measurements and weight so stay tuned. Also will be starting deca and tren tomorrow so pray that goes all good! Can't wait! Thanks for following guys!

Guys just a little update, talked to my coach today and as much as I don't want to I know It'll be worth it. I'm going to hold off another week for the tren and deca and just run the test this next week. Reason behind this is because I'm still making decent gains without and the test should be fully kicked in now being its the end of week 4, so why add it in if I don't need it yet. Will run this week and see how my weight changes then will start next week unless we think otherwise. Thanks for following.

Down 3.2 from yesterday

As y'all might have read in my earlier post I'm not going to start the tren and deca tomorrow like planned I'm going to push it back another week since I'm still making gains without it. As you can see from my weight changes I'm having a pretty nice rebound these past 4 weeks. I'm up 52 pounds from my stage weight and up 32 pounds from the start of my bulk, and that's only within 4 weeks guys!! I expect my weight to be in the 260's tomorrow since I'll be weighing about 4-5 hours earlier than yesterday and today. Today was an off day so no training here. Sides were all the same as usual, nothing much to complain about. Gonna run the sdrol until Wednesday because that's all i have enough for then gonna finish the week up with test only then plan to add tren and DECA in the mix next week. Comment back with any questions or advice guys I'd love to hear it! Thanks for following, I'll be updating tomorrow.

Up 4 pounds from yesterday (remember I weighed at 4a.m., 6 hours earlier than sat and sun)

Today I seem to be experiencing a tad bit of oily skin, also my skin feels a little itchy? Not sure if this is in correlation with the test or sdrol and the oily skin or not but definently something I've never encountered before. Also I was extremely hot today so seems like the body temp is way up like it was a couple weeks ago, sweat throughout my whole workout it was insane. Trained legs today so that didn't help at all lol. Enough about the negatives because they aren't anything I can't live with, my strength today was way up and legs are growing big time along with everything else. Took measurements yesterday and will be posting them to show changes from weeks 1 to week 4, there pretty damn good but we will see what y'all think. Diet was on point today and I'm feeling great. Energy and libido is great, no gyno issues as I'm taking AI cycle support and Aden daily and have prami and caber on hand if needed. Like I said I'm gonna play this week out with only test and see if the gains keep coming. If they do the ill wait another week to add in tren and deca, but if they subside then ill be adding it in next week.

Down .2 from yesterday

What's up guys. Log for today will be fairly short. Trained chest today and it was an awesome workout, chest was feeling it and was stronger than last week by a lot. I tried out the FatGripz on bench today and to tell you the truth I wouldn't recommend it. It was amazing for arms but when pressing it just seemed to kill my wrists grabbing the bar being that fat. I didn't really feel any more stimulation in my chest vs not using them so I don't think I'll be using them for chest again. Do plan to use them for back and I'll let yall know how that goes. Like I said my strength was up from last week, was able to pump out 4 more reps of 315 than last week on flat and up on everything else as well. One thing I am noticing with the sdrol and test is that my strength really has no limit if you understand what I mean. Its hard to understand, because I mean of course it has a limit but it feels as if you can keep going. For example on DB incline I did the 80s then next set did the 90s then 100s and lastly 110 and I was able to get the same amount of reps with the 110s as I was with the 80s so its almost as if its harder to tell the difference when increasing weight because you can just do it. Kinda hard to explain but I hope y'all understand lol, if you've been there you will. Weight wise I was a little less today so might be starting to stall a little. But that's expected as I'm just waiting for my body to stall until I add in the tren and deca probably next week the way things are looking now. Tomorrow is my last day of superdrol then I'll just ride out the rest of the week with test. Pumps are insane I will say that, my arms traps and shoulders got pumped as hell just carrying grocery bags in from the car, needless to say I did have about 10 bags in each hand cuz who wants to make more than one trip right. So much for this being a short log today lol. Same sides to this point and nothing to extreme. Everything is being done cautiously and I have all the correct things needed if any sides to arrise. Hope to hear some input from you all. Thanks for following and will be updating tomorrow of course.

What's up guys. Weight this morning was the highest its been all cycle long which is a good thing. Today was my last day of superdrol sadly so will ride out the rest of the week with test only and look to start tren and deca Monday. The rest of the week I'll see how my weight changes and see how much of a role the superdrol played on my weight gain, should be interesting to see. All in all from beginning of the superdrol to today I had a total weight gain of 38 pounds in 4 weeks and 2 days. Granted this was post contest so some of that was due to the "rebound" effect once I added carbs back in but I credit some of that greatly to the superdrol. Man if I'm already up 38 pounds just off of superdrol and test in 4 weeks I can't wait to see what the tren and deca brings for 12 more weeks. I trained back today and had an insane pump as always from the first set of pull ups. Weight was up on everything as expected and ended up db rowing the 160's for 12 clean and bb rowed 315 for 8 clean, it was a great workout. I'm interested to see if the pumps are gonna go away and how this is going to affect my strength by not having superdrol. I'll update on that for sure in the later days. I'll be training shoulders tomorrow and I'll let yall know how that goes. No new sides or anything like that, everything is going fine and dandy and no complaints here. What's up guys, as you see my weight jumped up 3 pounds from yesterday, not sure how that happened but I'll take it. Today was my first day without superdrol and I was expecting to be able to tell but in all honesty I couldn't even notice I wasn't taking it. Trained shoulders today and my strength was still up from last week, pumps were insane as always, and one thing to mention is that my freaking bi's are always extremely pumped and tight I mean to the point where I can't even grab the back of my neck. I figured this was due to the superdrol but starting to think its not and that its the test. Though I could still have a little superdrol still in my system since this is just the first day I kinda doubt it. I am noticing a little hair thinning here and there nothing serious just a tad, so might look into getting some specific shampoo to target hair thinning and loss. Only reason is because if I'm noticing this now with test only I assume it'll be worse once I add in tren. No other sides to report on at this point, acne isn't bad at all no sleep or love life problems, as I got to empty the tank with the Lady today lol. Mass gains are still steadily coming and I'm very happy with my gains in only 4 weeks and a couple days so far. Still looking at starting the deca and tren next week so can't wait for that and I know some of y'all are anxious as well! Diet was on point today so anxious to see what my weight is tomorrow, to see if the reason my weight was up this morning was because of water or if it could be some true weight. Well as figured my weight dropped back down lol I figured it was some water that I was holding. Trained some chest today for the second time this week as I feel my chest is probably my part that I need to build size on the most. Its definently not my weakest strength wise but just because I'm so tall and wide I need it that much bigger to stay in proportion. Felt great and already was stronger today on chest than when I trained it Tuesday so that's pretty sick! Sides are all the same so no problems there. Gains are coming and I'm loving every second of it no complaints as of yet! Training arms tomorrow and I can't wait for that! Still always pumped and my skin is always tight, working out or not so I guess that wasn't due too much to the superdrol. One thing I am noticing is my vascularity is through the roof right now. My whole arm literally is filled with blue lines all through it. Had sushi tonight and it was amazing! Thinks that's all to update on today guys, still looking at staring deca and tren on Monday and I'm more than excited and I know some of y'all are as well! Well weight was down a pretty good amount today even after having sushi last night instead of my meal 6. It is Saturday so I did weigh about 4 hours later than usual but still think its a little much of a drop. Anyways update for today is nothing new really, had a hell of a workout today, trained arms which is probably my favorite day of them all. Had am amazing pump even before I walked in the gym but working out made it to where I couldn't even fully straighten or bend my arm. Tried to touch my shoulders and neck and nope it wasn't happening lol. I'm loving the feeling right now I'm feeling amazing, libido is fantastic, no other sides right now other than maybe a tiny bit of acne on my shoulders but nothing to bad by any means. No aggression or temper or anything of that nature. Appetite is still through the roof, just to give some numbers I'm eating around 5000 cals with around 550c/400p/120f and still losing weight some days like today lol.
Might up it up a little next week. Still looking at starting my deca and tren next week so stay tuned for that, I can't wait! Off day tomorrow unless I just can't take it and wanna go train which very well could happen lol. Original plan was to start the deca with tren but since I'm gaining so well right now there's really no need to add them both. I'm going to be dosing at 50mg every day mon-sun so 350mg weekly. This is my first run with tren so I'm hoping for some good gains. What should I be prepared for during this first week? Looking at running for 6 weeks although could be a little longer if needed. Nothing new today to update on really, went to the gym and did some abs as I just can't seem to stay out of that place lol. If people would, would you take a look at my pics I posted earlier today and give me some comments on them. They would be much appreciated. Well guys I thinks that's all for today, I can't wait for tomorrow to start the tren! I feel like a little kid on Christmas lol. Thanks for following guys and hit me up with your comments.

Update day 36

Up 2.2 from yesterday

Well guys as noted in my log yesterday today was my first day of tren. I'm running it at 50mg/ed for a total of 350mg/wk. Today I just mixed it in with my 1cc of test cyp and injected into my left quad. It went in good, made sure to inject slowly as I heard this helps avoid the "tren cough". All was well with the injecting, a little pip but nothing major. Today was only my first day so not really much to update on as far as sides or noticing anything yet. One thing I did notice was that I was sweating a little more than usual today during my workout, and my face sort of had a hot feeling to eat kind of like a flushed feeling? Not sure if this was the tren being this is only the first day of it or if it was just hotter than usual in the gym. Anyways I'll be sure to update with any sides or gains that I notice in the upcoming days and weeks. As far as my workout went it was amazing, trained legs and was able to pump out 405 for a good quality 8 reps nice, deep and clean. Strength is still going through the roof so I'm loving that part! One thing I think I need to make a point of is that if you followed my previous updates I stated that I was noticing some hair loss. Well I stopped taking the superdrol last Wednesday and since then it has diminished greatly the following days to almost none today. I know superdrol isn't supposed to cause hair loss but I think I can attest to this as I am still on the same dosage of test and not noticing any hair loss. Diet was on point today and I'm sitting down for my last meal of the day now. As always guys comment back with your advice or critique anything you think needs it.
