Test/deca/tren log with sdrol kickstart

You need much more protein
Youre already 225+ and will need around 400 grams daily protein. Tren demands it
Run the tren at EOD at minimum. 50mg/ED is optimal for less sides and stable blood levels
Wait till that tren hits you like a freight train rob

Yes I will be upping my carbs and protein each week I only started at 220 because I am one week post show so I didn't need to flood my body with protein because it would have a nice rebound from the carbs, but I will be adjusting my diet for the following week and will post that when I finish it.

Update day 7

*weight: 233.4, up 3.2 from yesterday, up 8.2 from start of week (day 1).

Well today marks one full week on test cyp and sdrol. 3 weeks until I drop sdrol and add in deca. My weight this morning was 233.4 which is up 8.2 from the start. I credit some of this do to the rebound from being 1 week post show, I am a lot more full and strength has increased. I haven't felt much do to the test or sdrol but didn't plan to during week one, I'd expect to feel the sdrol kicking in this week. Still feeling no sides other than back pumps here and there. I am taking ai cycle support in the am/pm everyday throughout this cycle as well. Can't wait to make some serious mass changes thought this cycle and the preceding ones as well. After these 16 weeks I will either pct with nolva/clomid which I have on hand or just bridge with test into a cycle. Opinions or thoughts appreciated on my cycle now and for pct.

Some measurements as of this morning.
Neck: 15.75
Arms: 17.25
Forearms: 13.5
Shoulders: 52.75
Chest: 49.5
Waist: 36
Legs: 28
Calves: 17.25
Bf % (I did the 3 skin fold caliper so I tested 3 times, then took the avg to try and make it as accurate as possible)
1st try: 8.4
2nd try: 9.3
3rd try: 7.0
Avg: 8.2%

New diet for this week. (Will not be adding to much since I gained 8lbs, will change when weight stalls)

MEAL 1: 2 scoops whey iso, 3 packets flavored oats 2 tbs pb, 1 banana

MEAL 2: 8 oz chicken breast 1.5 cup white rice

MEAL 3: SAME AS MEAL 2

MEAL 4: 16oz egg whites 3 packets flavored oats 2 tbs olive oil

MEAL 5: 16oz egg whites 3 packets flavored oats 2 tbs olive oil

MEAL 6: 6 oz 80/20 beef 1 cup white rice
 
Update day 8

***weight: 234.4 up one pound from yesterday so weight increase is going good. I assume it will start to slow shortly.

Log for today. Today I felt my first "real" signs from the superdrol/test cyp stack. I woke up with a terrible head ache with my head pounding and my heart was racing, it has been like this all day and will be adding some Hawthorne berry in to see if it will help steady my heart beat. Also today my body had been aching all over real bad, I assume this is due to the "drying out" phase that superdrol can do, which is the cause of sore joints. My workout none the less was great today it was legs and I had to scratch my last exercise for quads due to my pump being so bad, I mean even after the first set of leg extensions my pump was equivalent to any pump I have had after a workout. Diet was in check today and will continue to be. Will update tomorrow with weight and how the day went. Feel free to provide your input to this log please so I at least know I'm not waisting my time with this. Thanks to all.

Thanks for the advice bro, I'll start at .10 or even .25 and adjust accordingly from there.

No problem, I'll be following this thread. Some bros do get sick when they start at .25. I did on my 1st run.
 
Definitely recommend caber/prami with the deca and tren, I did an experiment with test, deca, and tren and trust me u don't wanna not have it bc it got bad pretty quickly for me. I know everyone reacts differently, but I've always heard negative things with the 2 19- nors so wanted to see for myself and yeah I won't mix the 2 again, not saying it can't be done. This is just from personal experience...good luck! Like the log so far, very curious to see the end result.

How were your results with the test/DECA/tren bro? How long before the sides were too much? Curious to see how your run was?
