Test/deca/tren log with sdrol kickstart

Will have to try it out man! Haven't heard of that product until I joined this forum so that's why I went with cycle support. Thanks for the advice.

Update day 12

Weight: 241.4
Up .4 from yesterday

Log for today is gonna be short. Had a great workout today, did shoulders and tris. Strength increase is really becoming noticeable now as the weight I used today for db military press was more than what I used 10 weeks out from my show (I'm 2 weeks post show right now). Diet today was on point except lunch was switched out with 2 double cheeseburgers from five guys. Sides and everything are going good still, I have noticed I get headaches if I'm not hydrated so this could be due to the superdrol drying out effect and the test kicking in. My face a surely ballooned up a little so I deffinently know the test is kicking in. If you have any questions ask away. Feel free to critique the photos I posted earlier and hit me up with any advice or results you have had. Will update tomorrow.

Update day 13

Weight: 244.0
Up 2.6 from yesterday

Not really much to update about today. Weight is still going up nice and steady. Still thinking about 2 weeks from now when I'll start the tren and then the real changes will happen. No sides yet other than pumps really. No acne, aggression etc. Test is kicking in around this time so I'm pumped for that. Superdrol is great this is my first run and its been amazing. Did bi's tonight and everything went up in weight. Pump was amazing as well, could barely put my jacket on afterwards. Will post pictures recent pictures tomorrow. Thanks for checking the log out. Update day 14

Weight: 246.4
Up 2.4 from yesterday

What's up guys, didn't get around to doing my log for yesterday in time so I'm doing it now. Today was a great day. Really noticing size being put on and my strength is increasing rapidly. Took some progress pics for my coach today and will be posting those shortly. Diet has changed and more carbs were added so will be posting that also. I am noticing my skin is starting to get a little oily, no acne at this point but skin is definently getting oily. This marks the start of week 3 for test cyp and sdrol so only 2 more before tren and deca are added in the mix. The test should fully be kicking in within this week or next since it is cyp so can't wait for that. Face has also ballooned up pretty good as well but it comes with the territory. Hunger has been through the roof, not sure if this is due to the superdrol or just my own appetite but I'm not gonna complain.

New diet:

MEAL 1: 16oz egg whites 3 packets flavored oats 2 tbs olive oil same

MEAL 2: 2 scoops whey iso, 3 packets flavored oats 2 tbs pb, 1 banana

MEAL 3: 8 oz chicken breast 2 cups white rice

MEAL 4: 8 oz chicken breast 2 cups white rice

MEAL 5: 8 oz chicken breast 2 cups white rice

MEAL 6: 6 oz 80/20 ground beef, 1 cup white rice

****every third day I have burger/fries, steak/fries postworkout instead of meal 6*****

Macros are 4700 cal. 580c/110f/365p

Update day 15

Weight: 248.0
Up 1.6 from yesterday

Strength was through the roof today, Really noticing the effects of superdrol. Had a brutal leg day which began with 5 sets of leg extensions which created such an intense pump in my quads that it was hard to walk from there on out. Lower back pumps were worse today, that was a downer but nothing to extreme. Diet was also on point today. Really noticing the hunger effects also, even with eating close to 5000 calories I'm practically starving after about 30 minutes of eating a meal. 13 days until tren/deca and I think its safe to say I'm a little excited. Let me know what you guys want me to add to these logs and so forth. I have my workout logs if you want me to add them each day, all you gotta do is let me know. Will update tomorrow. Update day 16

Weight 248.0
Same as yesterday

Today was the first day that my weight hasn't changed. I'm not too worried about it yet as I feel most of my post show "rebound" weight gain is finished and now the weight gain will be nice and solid. One thing I want to say is that the pumps today were insane. I trained chest today and my chest and tris were pumped to the max. I came home and did a little flex in the mirror and noticed new stretch marks all across my tris on both arms. I also couldn't do hanging leg raises because my lower back was so pumped it hurt to hang there so I had to settle for doing decline leg raises on the bench. Strength was up from last week and I'm loving every bit of it. One side I am noticing is a little hair falling out every now and then. Not going to worry too much about it until it increases then will look into getting some proscar. Other than that everything is going good. 12 days until deca/tren added in. Thanks for following and as always provide your input. Will update tomorrow.
