You know how I feel.....there are 3 levels of training, no matter the age of the person training:
1. train natural with great intensity and proper nutrition until one's genetic potential is reached....this takes years, so may leave out some teens.
2. after due consideration to the legal implications, an informed use of standard steroids, properly cycled, is right for those who have made this a way of life, not a hobby.
3. Advanced competitors and eventually, the aging lifter (like you) will need to go to more complex drug strategies......GH, insulin, epo, il-15 and the like.
great advise ironmaster....in my opinion the perfect cocktail is gh, test enth or prop, zambon winny and some slin....
