aite i say get rid of deadlift on wednesday and add in deadlift lockouts on friday. Add in military press or push press or some type of overhead lift on monday (you have no overhead lifts). Take out skull crushers and replace them with reverse grip bench. 2 days of low rep heavy squats is gonna burn u out, either just eliminate one squat day or do one day 1 set of 20 reps and the other low reps. Get rid of shrugs add in farmers walks u will get a lot bigger traps that way. Also on day 3 add in cleans.
