Taebo Sucks.

Borrowed a Taebo tape from a friend because I wanted to try something new this weekend.

Billy Blanks can bite me. That workout sucked so bad that I stopped it and moved to my eliptical. :mad:

I borrowed "Best of abs & butt" or something like that. Everyone on the damn tape looks to be at 4% body fat or something. Triathletes. Marathon Runners.

Maybe I'm just unskilled, but I think you could really hurt yourself if you don't know what you're doing. The movements felt jerky and my lower back didn't like it at all. Uncomfortable.

I've taken kick boxing before and I really like it, but this was kick boxing on fast forward. I probably need the beginner's version :rolleyes: - not a more advanced one.

I can usually pick up new stuff fast - but this just pissed me off. :worried:

Yeah, you have to work your way up. Maybe it was ab's & glutes? Where you on the floor doing kick backs? I think there are like 3 videos before that. I think it's the advanced ones that have the 'double time intervals' - I can see why that would be uncomfortable for your first time!!!
 
Yea well we know you are qualified in the "Guts" area, but we aren't sure about the "Butt" aspect. Nothing to judge by.

I agree with Gymgurl!


ab's & glutes I haven't tried that one.
But the advance and basic are really good.
