you don't lose fat from exercising, but you do improve heart health which indirectly will make a healthy body
your body is either going to store fat, or burn fat. it boils down to diet lifestyle. not counting calories but what you eat, how you eat, when you eat, how often you eat etc.
as far as this workout, it could be decent in a group setting where you push yourself.. but all in all it is anemic compared to bikram yoga
