I was up to 97sx7 on dumbbell press when I got stuck with some a few sicknesses my weight had dropped from 185 to 178.
It took me 3-4 rotations before I finally bit the bullit and admitted I had lost alot of strength and it wasn't going to sping back. I found with the 97s losing reps each workout I attempted them again because I couldn't get them up enough to even properly train I was losing more and more strength. I finally dropped the weight to 87s today (we have a set of weights thats 2Ibs heavier than stated and one normal set). I feel awsome now had a great workout mabe because next time I know I can focus on increasing my strength up from the 87s and not how far below I am from what I use to be doing.
