sushi ritz!

hey all. sitting home on Friday and hungry and broke, i go to my kitchen
in the mad mood for sushi!
i look in my fridge and see cream cheese and avocado. i get happy .
but i then realize i dont know how to make sushi!
so i grab the new ritz chips and top it with avocado and cream cheese.
once again im happy.

try it. DAMN good

go to china town buy some short grain rice, a rice cooker, sheets of nori, in the frozen section there is unagi (BBQ eel) and flying fish roe, GOOD soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi
and get some sushi grade fish...most are frozen and they thaw it
ask for a frozen piece and keep it in the freezer til you are in the mood
thaw in your refrigerator a day in advance
