what does the glucorell do? How is it different than just plain ALA?
I seen that at gnc the other day, but didn't get any cuz i didn't know if it would benefit me.
High blood sugar and diabetes runs in my family just FYI!

Regular ALA is a mixture of natural and synthetic lipoic acid. Only the natural is any good. So half of it is useless, but it gets worse. The synthetic half actually inhibits the natural so it's even less than half. Glucorell is all natural, no synthetic.
