Now, on to today day 10 of the stack any I woke up feeling strong and ready to go. One thing I did notice is that my joints felt a little dry. The only supp I am taking to help with joints is the Krill oil from ruthless supps. So I took that and started drinking alot of water and they felt fine by the time I got to the gym. So I just figure I was a little dehydrated and just needed to get some fluids in me. Any suggestions for good supps for joint health would appreciated. And is says on the bottle of Krill oil no more than 2 a day now is it not safe or of benefit to taking more 3 or 4 maybe?
Today was also chest and tris
I warmed up my shoulders at the house b4 I left for the gym so I could head straight to the bench and get started...
Flat Bench- This is another excercise that I have had an issue with confidence and technique on I was doing all the mistakes, like not keeping my wrists straight, elbows to wide and dropping my elbows to low. So I have been working hard to correct these issues cause I do not want another another shoulder injury. Also I have not been using a spotter which is hasnt been helping with my confidence. Luckily today my brother in law was there to help me out..
135x10 WU, 165x8, 205x8, and I dont know if it was the Anabeta or my form is getting better probly a combo of all plus having a spotter but I got 255x6 up to finish bench today!
Dips- bodyweight 3x8
Incline Bench- 145x8, 165x8, 185x6 the same as last week felt good though.
skullcrushers- 50x8, 60x8, 70x6 I was already feeling my tris and these kept the pump going
DB area was packed so I did Tricep press downs with a V bar- 65x8, 75x8, 80x6 failed on the 7th
Felt real strong today kept a good sweat going. Plenty of energy I definitely felt a strength increase and very focused the whole time. I finished the day with some light cardio for 30 min. then went home and got a good stretch in. great day feeling good!
